Since 2010 I have my own legal practice, and since 2013 I have been associated with NLO to assist NLO clients with technology and IP related contract matters.

I can help with all kinds of IP and technology related contracts and deals in various technical areas, such as for example technology assignment, licensing, (joint) development, procurement and provision of technical goods and services. As an experienced and skilful negotiator, I can also support clients with (face-to-face) contract negotiations, to bring maturity and balance to the negotiation table
