I have a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications (Sathyabama University, India, 2008) and a master’s degree in Telecommunications from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), from 2008-2010. During my masters study, I was the recipient of the Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD) scholarship from the Indian government. My research at IISc focused on designing improved network coded transmission protocols for wireless medium access control.

I spent the first two years (2011-2012) of my PhD research at TU Delft, Netherlands, under the supervision of Professor Ignas Niemegeers. Then I moved to TU Eindhoven, Netherlands, to complete my PhD, (2013-2016), under the supervision of Professor Sonia Heemstra de Groot. My PhD research primarily focused on studying the network management and control issues over radio-over-fiber based indoor wireless communication.

I have co-authored more than 15 scientific publications in various well reputed conferences and journals.
