Trainee patent attorney
I am a trainee patent attorney (and part-qualified UK attorney). I specialise in chemistry, semiconductors, electro-techniques and polymers. I have a strong background in synthetic chemistry, including the design, synthesis and characterisation of novel semiconductor materials.

Additionally, I have experience in the fabrication, testing and optimisation of sensor, optoelectronic and transistor devices. I have a passion for technology and an appreciation for innovation in the field of electronics.

As a doctoral candidate within the field of materials science: organic electronics (University of Strathclyde, UK), I have synthetic experience, not limited to but including the handling of air-sensitive materials, reactions in inert atmosphere and microwave-assisted reactions. I am consummate in experimental design and experiment optimisation towards improving material yields and quality. Additionally, I am experienced in the use of a range of characterisation techniques.

As someone with research experience, I take pleasure in working alongside creative personalities and understand the passion and exertion involved in creativity and innovation.
