My knowledge of European as well as Spanish patent law makes me a reliable contact point for European and in particular Spanish IP matters. My proficiency with the Dutch language makes me also suitable for Dutch clients in these technology fields. I am particularly experienced in patent drafting, all aspects of patent prosecution and general advice.
I joined NLO in 2013. I have an MSc in Telecommunication Engineering from the School of Telecommunication Engineering of the University of Vigo, in Spain. During my studies, I spent one year at the University of Vermont in the United States, where I focused on digital signal processing, digital electronics and computer networks. I wrote my master thesis at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, entitled “Communication link budget analysis for nanosatellites” whilst working on the successful nanosatellite Delfi-n3Xt project. I joined NLO because of the opportunity to use my knowledge to help others make the best out of their innovations.
