It is vital for these processes to be completed promptly and without mistakes. My job is to oversee the various processes and ensure highly motivated employees and satisfied clients. I know how important it is to continually look for ways to improve our processes and I enjoy discussing with our clients how we can further improve our services.
I have a broad management experience in Business Process Management, Business Transformations (i.e. organisational change) and Operations. As I see it, satisfied employees mean satisfied clients, and therefore I know how important it is to go the extra mile. The focus within NLO is on ensuring full control of administrative processes to prevent errors and ensure ‘worry-free’ relationships for our clients. My passion for languages (I speak five) makes working for NLO and its international clients really enjoyable.
