Are you looking to optimally protect your invention? I’ll be pleased to help you come up with appropriate patent strategies and smart responses to development opportunities. During the patent granting procedures I will support you by providing sharp analyses of the case and persuasive arguments on patentability. Has the validity of your patent been challenged? Is someone else’s patent obstructing your business? These are the skills I specialise in. I’m regularly involved in opposition procedures and appeals. I’m known for the thoroughness and creativity of my approach, my ability to view the case from refreshing perspectives and the unexpected arguments I present.

Qualifying as a Dutch and European patent attorney in 2017 means my specialised knowledge is recent and I am keeping it up-to-date by following developments in case law. That way, I can ensure that my clients benefit from all the latest insights. Before joining NLO in 2013, I completed an additional study internship in the chemical industry to develop insight into the role that patents and business strategies play in R&D innovation.
