Suzanne Renes

Trainee patent attorney
I am a trainee patent attorney in the chemistry department. My main expertise lies in the development of pharmaceuticals and their mechanism of action.

Expertise

  • Chemistry
  • Pharmacy
  • Antibody
  • Medicines

I have a particular interest and specialisation in immunotherapy. In addition to my technical background, I have experience in business and entrepreneurship, allowing me to contribute on both a technical and strategic level.

Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.
Ralph Waldo Emerson -

I did an internship in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals department of the US patent attorney office TraskBritt. My largest project was a Prior Art Search. Later I pursued an internship at an Australian company, to gain international work experience. My most important lessons from my time there were about how to approach clients and the importance of networking.

No matter what I do, I will always strive to live and work by this motto:

"Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail." Ralph Waldo Emerson
