After you have applied, using the application button on our website or have sent us your letter and CV by e-mail, you can expect to receive a reply from us within a week. Unless otherwise stated in the vacancy.
The first interview will be with the recruiter and a team leader and they will discuss your skills and motivation for seeking this position. You will be given general information about our organisation, the team and focus on the specific skills and knowledge required to become a trademark and design attorney.
Once you have successfully passed the first round you will be invited to an interview with the (managing) partner and afterwards you will speak with two team members. The team members will tell you about the job, the training, the study/work/life balance and what you can expect from NLO Shieldmark. The aim is to give you a clearer and more realistic impression of the job and to answer any questions so that you know what lies ahead for a trainee trademark & design attorney.
This final round consists of a development assessment. This assessment addresses your motivation and development needs and includes a capacity test, personality questionnaire and a business case. If you join NLO Shieldmark, this assessment will also be part of the training cycle.
If you and NLO Shieldmark are still enthusiastic after three rounds of interviews, we will make you an offer to join us at NLO Shieldmark.
Do you have any questions about the procedure? Please contact our recruiter, Astrid van Doorn on 070 33 12 643 or at careers@nlo.eu
