As well as assisting my clients in searching and registering trademarks and designs, I support them in conflict management, including negotiating in the event of infringements, conducting opposition procedures and dealing with other issues, and drawing up contracts. I have worked for NLO Shieldmark since 2007. Prior to that, I worked for two patent and trademark firms in Leidschendam and Amsterdam from 2000 onwards.
