I really enjoy finding solutions that best cover the client’s legal and business interests by using patents as a tool, while getting the opportunity to constantly stay updated with the latest scientific developments.
I graduated in Pharmacy in 2008. I have participated in a number of research projects within the university, most of them related with the development of pharmaceutical formulations. During my master’s degree in Food Technology, I worked on the development of high fat formulations and rheological characterization thereof.
Before joining NLO, I worked for about 3 years as a patent agent in Brazil. In the Netherlands, I have completed a master’s degree in Intellectual Property and have followed an intensive training to become a qualified European patent attorney.
Estela has authored and co-authored scientific publications in international journals.
