My team and I assist our clients with all aspects of their intellectual property, including feasibility studies, infringements, opposition procedures and protecting trademarks, designs and copyright. Rather than just reporting we will always advise you, both proactively and certainly pragmatically. Ensuring a fast response is vital. For me, the most important part of my work involves searching for and identifying the most efficient and straightforward solutions to align with my clients’ interests.

Jeroen Cornelis is an “outstanding practitioner” who understands client priorities – and knows how to realise them. He is au fait with international filing issues, and is a reliable and great person to work with.

As well as day-to-day work covering the whole spectrum of law, I am highly experienced in worldwide protection of trademarks and designs, giving strategic advice on trademarks and designs and managing intellectual property portfolios. As well as providing advice, I act as an intermediary in the event of intellectual property infringements and handle opposition procedures and patent refusals. My clients include Dutch and foreign multinationals, as well as large national and international companies, from a wide range of sectors. I also regularly travel to China and South Korea, where I represent various Asian clients.

Please feel free to contact me so that, together, we can work out the best way forward for you.
