I have a background in the Financial Services Industry where I held several board functions, mainly in the area of Legal Protection Insurance. The NLO attorneys provide the best service to our clients if they work in a modern and inspiring office environment where not only the IT but the facts and figures are up-to-date and correct, and – most importantly – where there is an HR culture of learning and growing. My personal agenda is to create a corporate culture where value is created based on customer and employee satisfaction.
