As a European trademark and design attorney I am involved in the entire lifecycle of trademarks and designs. While my main focus is on registering trademarks and designs and on handling infringements, my work also includes copyright, IP portfolio management, IP agreements and patent transfer agreements. In addition, I am involved in conflict management, including negotiating in the event of infringements, handling opposition and other procedures, and drafting contracts.

I have been an associate partner since 2013 and I am the leader of one of NLO Shieldmark’s four legal teams.
