I qualified as a registered Benelux trademark and design attorney in 1994 and have been registered as a European trademark and design attorney for the EU Trademarks and Designs Registration Office (EUIPO) in Alicante since 1996. I am a certified member of the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law (BMM) and, as well as being a board member of the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law (BBMM), have been involved in examining and coordinating the examinations for trademark and design attorneys for over 20 years.
