#TBTNLO: NLO started with Business Development in 2006

In 2006 NLO was one of the first European firms to start with Business Development.

Introducing a flat service fee for patent renewals was the initial project. Communicating this to our clients and foreign associates in this direct way was inappropriate and not done, according to some colleagues. In their opinion the flyers looked more like an advertisement for detergent!
