My background in litigation and prosecution, with U.S. and European training, helps me to develop strategies individually tailored according to the needs and objectives of the business, see (and avoid) potential problems and work towards creative solutions when issues do arise.
I began my legal career at a U.S. law firm, where I worked on all aspects of intellectual property law, including prosecution and litigation of patents, trademarks and copyrights. Prior to that, I worked as a field engineer in the oil and gas industry.
My technical expertise is in all types of mechanical devices, though I have experience a number of other areas as well, including civil and electrical engineering, aerospace, food and chemistry. I have extensive familiarity with strategically handling global portfolios and my background enables me to particularly assist clients for whom the United States is a key market.
In my free time, I enjoy travel, cooking, wine, yoga and my two Boston Terriërs.
