I am a US Patent Attorney and have been working in patent prosecution for over 10 years. My experience as a software engineer helps me communicate with inventors to determine the proper protection for innovation. I joined NLO in September 2022 as part of their US team and began training as a European Patent Attorney.

I started my legal career as in-house counsel at a US software company, where I worked on patent applications directed to trading software. Before joining NLO, I worked at a German law firm prosecuting patents directed to wireless communication technologies, autonomous driving and display devices. My experience also includes patent prosecution in European jurisdictions which helps me handle the complexities of global patent portfolios.

In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors and travelling to experience new cultures and food.
