Prior to joining NLO, I worked as an assistant at Ghent University, which allowed me to both pursue my passion for innovative research during a PhD and share my love for science as a part-time teaching assistant.
During my PhD, I investigated a novel and green type of liquid chromatography using temperature-responsive polymers as a stationary phase.
I have always had a keen interest in law with a specific affection for intellectual property law, which is what drove me to study law at the Free University of Brussels as a working student during my PhD, where I’m currently finishing my master of laws with a focus on intellectual property law.
