Amongst others I advise on the availability of trademarks, how to strengthen portfolios, and on the prosecution of intellectual property rights and online brand protection. This includes enforcing trademarks against third parties, negotiate settlements and drafting agreements.
My clients are active in various sectors such as food and beverage, renewable energy, online marketplaces and financial services.
As a trademark and design attorney it is important to have a good understanding of foreign procedures as well. This increases the opportunity to provide advice that is as strategically effective as possible. I always aim for a practical approach and to advise as clearly as possible.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and to go cycling. I particularly enjoy the inspiration I gain from longer trips on my bike and there are still many climbs on my list.
