Being a trademark attorney means providing clients with as clear and comprehensive advice as possible on their trademarks. Trademarks represent substantial added value for a client. They are visible everywhere. And that makes high-quality advice extremely important.
My work also includes advising clients on the suitability and availability of trademarks, protecting their rights and negotiating in the event of possible violations. Seeing our clients’ trademarks in the supermarket, on the street and in all sorts of other places is such a pleasure.
What I also enjoy is the variation in my work and in the clients and sectors I deal with. Being involved in every aspect of trademark protection means we can offer clients a truly comprehensive service. And after various intellectual property internships, that was what made me want to become a trademark attorney.
