Tier 1 ranking for NLO Shieldmark in IP Stars 2019

Managing IP has published the first part of the results of its annual IP Stars survey, covering the top-rated firms for patent and trademark work. Once again NLO Shieldmark has been rewarded a Tier 1 ranking in the field of trademark prosecution in The Netherlands and Benelux.

NLO Shieldmark is the only firm with a Tier 1 ranking in The Netherlands as well as in Benelux. Which means that we are highly recommended for trademark prosecution in both jurisdictions. Marlous Stal-Hilders has been awarded as a Trademark Star in The Netherlands.

We are very pleased with this result and we want to thank all the clients who participated in the survey. We are looking forward to another successful year.

About the survey

The survey covers over 70 jurisdictions, and the rankings are based on extensive research among IP practitioners carried out over six months starting in September 2018. The research methodology is based on a weighted review of information submitted by firms, market feedback and publicly available information. The annual research is conducted rigorously and impartially. No firm or individual can pay to be ranked or to influence the results and there is no fee to participate in the research.
