I am proud to be Associated Partner and team leader of one of the four legal teams of NLO Shieldmark since 2012. Together with my team of excellent attorneys and paralegals we assist and serve our clients using a high quality standard, in a cost and time effective manner, while always keeping in mind the needs of the client.

We advise and mediate in intellectual property matters. Trademark- and design prosecution and infringements form the main part of my work, but subjects as copyright, IP portfolio management, IP agreements and recordal of assignment/merger (also in the field of patents) are also part of my services.

Together with my team of excellent attorneys and paralegals, we assist and serve our clients using a high quality standard in a cost and time effective manner, while always keeping in mind the needs of the client.

In close co-operation with my patent colleagues from NLO we service our client's needs as a full service firm supported by advanced IP management systems and efficient processes.
